01 — Verify

Proof, payments, and public routes in one ladder.

The opening story stays simple. The evidence is still here: registry-backed rights, royalty routing, x402 agent commerce, and public coverage.

02 — Ecosystem

One operating system. Multi-chain routes. Every surface points back to proof.

Studio creates. Distro ships. Vaults monetize. Royalties settle. Every transaction anchors back to the registry — the long-term moat.

Long-term moat

Programmable IP registry — anchored on Base, cross-chain, sealed proof. Few use it day one. It is the value prop for the next decade.

03 — Product

Suede Labs AI

Suede Swap and Suede Vaults, front and center.

Live Suede product screens show how capital moves through Suede Swap, settles into Suede Vaults, and attaches to creator rights.

04 — Execution

Registry, agents, vaults, and settlement in one pass.

The detailed product surfaces live on deeper routes. The homepage keeps the lower stack short: prove the work, expose it to agents, route capital, and settle revenue.

01 · Registry

Rights passports stay with the media.

Works, splits, provenance, consent, and derivative trace are sealed into a registry-backed record.

03 · Capital

Swap in, allocate, settle out.

12 — FAQ

Institutional FAQ

What is verifiable, who it is for, and how it settles.

The same proof a label, estate, publisher, or fund can check independently — on-chain, on BaseScan, and through live endpoints.

How does Suede prove a work's ownership?

Every work registered through Suede gets a Rights Passport: a verifiable record of creation, authorship, and provenance anchored to an on-chain identity. Ownership and attribution resolve to an ERC-8004 Identity record, so a label, estate, or counterparty can independently confirm who created a work and who holds the rights — without taking Suede's word for it.

What is verifiable on-chain today?

The ERC-8004 Identity, Reputation, and Validation contracts are deployed and live on Base mainnet and on Sepolia, and you can read them directly on BaseScan. Identity establishes who an agent or rights holder is, Reputation accrues a verifiable track record, and Validation lets a third party attest to a claim. Suede also exposes 17 live x402 paid endpoints, so the rights, music, voice, stems, and settlement surfaces are callable and falsifiable, not slideware.

Can a label or estate onboard an existing catalog?

Yes. Suede ingests an existing catalog from approved sources, attaches verified metadata and a Rights Passport to each work, and maps ownership and splits to on-chain identities. The catalog stays under the rights holder's control: you decide what is registered, what is licensable, and what is off-limits. This is the path for labels, publishers, and estates who want provable ownership and routing without surrendering their masters.

What settles a royalty vault, and on which chain?

Royalty vaults settle in USDC on Base. Capital routes in through Suede Swap — cross-chain in, vault-ready USDC out — and payouts to splits and royalty participants settle non-custodially against the on-chain split ledger. Base mainnet is the settlement layer; Solana and other chains are supported on the swap-in side.

Is Suede an AI music generator, or rights infrastructure for institutions?

Suede Labs AI builds tools that secure ownership: proof of creation, programmable rights, and royalty settlement. Music is the first domain it operates in, not the identity of the company. For labels, estates, publishers, and funds, Suede is the layer that turns a verified right into a record that settles revenue — registry, routing, and payout — rather than a tool for spinning up disposable tracks.

How can an agent or developer integrate with Suede programmatically?

Suede ships an agent-callable platform: 17 paid x402 endpoints settle per call in USDC on Base under EIP-3009, and the ERC-8004 discovery and agent cards let other agents find and transact with Suede directly. For funds and platforms running their own agents, this means Suede's rights, music, and settlement surfaces are addressable infrastructure with public, machine-readable discovery documents.
