Ownership and attribution resolve to an ERC-8004 Identity record, so a label, estate, or counterparty can independently confirm who created a work and who holds the rights — without taking Suede's word for it.

The ERC-8004 Identity, Reputation, and Validation contracts are deployed and live on Base mainnet and on Sepolia, and you can read them directly on BaseScan. Identity establishes who an agent or rights holder is, Reputation accrues a verifiable track record, and Validation lets a third party attest to a claim. Suede also exposes 17 live x402 paid endpoints, so the rights, music, voice, stems, and settlement surfaces are callable and falsifiable, not slideware.
