Ranked #1 Overall Music Platform by AI Agents Directory5.0 (9)

Your work.Your likeness.On the record.

Provenance, permissions, and supported payment routes published alongside the record.

Suede creates timestamped fingerprints for music, voice recordings, likeness reference files, images, and video. Attach machine-readable permissions, then prepare each record for licensing, royalty routing, and agent discovery.

A Suede registry entry records a creator claim and file fingerprint. It does not replace copyright registration.

Try it now

Seal something right now.

Type a line or drop a file. Your browser fingerprints it on the spot. Nothing uploads.

The fingerprint is a real SHA-256 hash, the same primitive a registration starts from. Your text and files never leave this page.

The registry

From finished file to public provenance record.

Fingerprint a track, stem, voice recording, image, or video. The registry combines the exact-file hash, a wallet-signed creator claim, contributor details, and a public timestamp.

The whole likeness

Document the reference works behind your likeness.

A model can clone your voice from one verse and your face from a press kit. Suede records the reference works your identity travels through, each with a dated fingerprint and published consent terms people and software can read.

How it works

Three steps from file to usable rights record.

Step 01

Record the exact file.

Fingerprint the finished file, sign a creator claim with your wallet, list contributors, and record a public timestamp. The record preserves what was submitted and who submitted it.

File fingerprintWallet-signed claimTimestamp

Step 02

Publish the terms.

Attach machine-readable permissions, consent, and use limits to the record. People and agents can inspect what the creator allows and what remains restricted.

Step 03

Define payment routes.

Record contributor splits and supported settlement paths. The public x402 manifest shows the current price and payment requirements for each paid resource.

Create in the studio. Record in the registry.

Create, tune, and publish across Suede's web and iOS tools, then carry a finished work into the same public provenance workflow.

Suede Social

Where your work meets its audience.

A home for creators who own what they make. Tone, taste, and the conversation around the work, not an algorithm farming it.

Founder

Why Suede exists.

“Guitar tone is a chain: the string vibrates, the pickup converts it, the amp colors it. Change one link and you change everything that follows. IP in the AI era works the same way. Change the provenance record and you change the evidence every later licensing and payment decision starts from.”
Jason ColapietroJason ColapietroFounder, Suede Labs AI
“AI companies are training on decades of recorded music. Creators deserve a receipt for that training data the same way they deserve one for a sync license. The open question is which infrastructure can make authorized use and payment routes inspectable.”

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does a Suede provenance record establish?

A Suede Rights Passport records a file fingerprint, timestamp, wallet-submitted creator claim, contributors, and published terms in an inspectable registry entry. That creates dated provenance evidence a counterparty can review. It does not independently prove legal ownership, replace copyright registration, or decide a rights dispute.

Can Suede protect a voice and likeness from AI cloning?

No registry can stop a model from generating a synthetic voice or face, and Suede does not claim otherwise. Registration gives reference recordings and images a timestamped file fingerprint plus machine-readable consent terms. If an unauthorized clone circulates, the claimant can point to a dated public record instead of creating evidence only after the fact. The AI voice and likeness pages explain the mechanics and limits.

What is live on-chain today versus roadmap?

Public registry records and discovery documents are live. Suede also exposes three paid x402 resources for music, video, and image generation, plus a public agent card. You can inspect the x402 manifest at app.suedeai.ai/.well-known/x402.json and the agent card at app.suedeai.ai/.well-known/agent-card.json.

Can a label or estate migrate an existing catalog without surrendering ownership?

Suede can scope a catalog workflow around the records and metadata a rights holder approves. Each registry entry can include a file fingerprint, creator claim, contributors, and published terms. The rights holder decides what to submit and what terms to disclose. Catalog onboarding should be reviewed for the specific rights structure, territories, and source records involved.

How does royalty settlement work, and what is the per-transaction cost?

A registry record can publish contributor splits and supported payment-routing details. Suede's three public x402 resources list per-call prices in their live manifest and settle in USDC on Base under EIP-3009. A provenance record does not automatically collect or distribute royalties; any payout depends on the configured service, wallet, and routing workflow.

What does Suede actually do, and what does it not do?

Suede Labs AI builds provenance records, machine-readable permissions, public discovery interfaces, and supported payment routes for creative work. Music is the first domain it operates in, not the limit of the system. Suede does not grant copyright, adjudicate ownership, stop infringement, enforce published terms, or guarantee a payout.

How can an agent or platform integrate with Suede programmatically?

Suede publishes a public agent card for discovery and an x402 manifest listing paid resources and payment requirements. ERC-8004 provides agent identity and reputation infrastructure; x402 with EIP-3009 handles per-call settlement in USDC on Base. The machine-readable documents are public at app.suedeai.ai/.well-known/agent-card.json and app.suedeai.ai/.well-known/x402.json.

Start with one work

Put the first record in place.

Register a file, attach the terms you want to publish, and build the rest of your rights workflow from that record. Creating a registry entry may require network gas.

Registration creates provenance evidence. It does not replace copyright registration, legal advice, or enforcement.
