Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the apps and websites provided by Suede Labs ("Suede," "we," "us"), including Agentix. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps.
The service
Our apps provide AI-assisted tools. Agentix grades AI agents on a transparent S–F scale and lets you track their momentum, including a play-money "paper" market for fun. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and any app-store terms that apply.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the apps: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service, no infringing or harmful content, and no using the AI features to violate others' rights or any law.
Informational only — not advice
Grades, scores, momentum readings, and other outputs are informational only, are generated with the help of AI, and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Any "market" or "position" feature in Agentix is a play-money / paper-mode simulation using no real money, with no real or virtual currency wagered and no prizes. Make your own decisions; we are not liable for actions you take based on app outputs.
Purchases
Where an app offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed through Apple (or another platform) under their terms, and refunds are handled by them. Agentix v1 is free with no in-app purchases.
Intellectual property
The apps, including their design, rubric, branding, and content we provide, are owned by Suede Labs and protected by law. You keep ownership of content you submit; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the features you use.
Disclaimers
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available,"without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that outputs are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suede Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the apps or reliance on their outputs.
Termination
You may stop using the apps at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the apps evolve. We'll revise the effective date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Suede Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
