Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Information you provide. If an app offers an account, we store the details you give us (such as a sign-in identifier). Agentix requires no account. Suede Studio Cinematic uses Sign in with Apple and stores the account identifier needed to keep credits and account data associated with the correct user. Suede Social requires an account and stores your email address, user ID, and the display name and profile picture your sign-in provider returns (see "Suede Social").
• Content you publish. In Suede Social, the forum threads, replies, votes, Rig Cards, and profile handle you create are stored on our servers so the app can show them to other people. Most of this is public by design.
• Content you submit to AI features. When you ask an app to analyze or generate something (for example, the name or link of an AI agent you want Agentix to grade, or a prompt or reference image used in Suede Studio Cinematic), that input is sent to the providers needed to produce and moderate the requested result (see "AI processing"). In Agentix, your grades and play-money activity are stored locally on your device, not on our servers.
• Microphone audio. Suede Guitar Tuner & Studio uses the microphone for tuning and for the session recordings you choose to make. The native iOS app processes audio on your device and does not send it to our servers. Your own sharing and device backup settings may transfer saved recordings (see "Suede Guitar Tuner & Studio").
• Purchases. Where an app offers in-app purchases, billing is handled by Apple and our payment processors. We receive your purchase and entitlement status, not your card number. Agentix v1 is free and has no in-app purchases. Suede Studio Cinematic offers consumable credit packs; we store Apple transaction identifiers and the credits granted so a completed purchase can be verified and recovered safely.
• Diagnostics. We may receive crash and performance data through Apple's standard mechanisms to fix bugs. We do not embed third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in Agentix.
• Aggregate web analytics. Our websites and the Suede Social app use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and builds no cross-site identifier. Per Vercel, a visitor is identified by a hash derived from the incoming request, and that session is discarded automatically after 24 hours. It records the time of the event, the page URL and path, the referrer, filtered query parameters, a coarse location (country, region, city), your device type, operating system, and browser, and the script version. It does not store your IP address. We never use any advertising SDKs.
• Request data used for security. To block spam and automated abuse we process your IP address and similar request signals transiently for rate limiting and bot detection. Where we retain a rate-limit key, it is a salted, daily-rotating hash of the IP rather than the address itself.

How we use information

To operate and improve the apps, generate the results you request, process and verify purchases, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your content to build advertising profiles.

AI processing

Some features send the text or media you submit to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, which routes chat requests to a model provider, and Kie.ai, which routes image or video generation requests) to generate or moderate a result. That processing is governed by the provider's terms. We send only what is needed to produce and safeguard your result, and we do not use your submissions to train our own models. Do not submit sensitive personal information into AI input fields.

Suede Studio Cinematic and face data

Suede Studio Cinematic does not perform facial recognition, face detection, identity matching, face-geometry measurement, or create biometric templates or face embeddings. We do not use a face to identify or authenticate anyone.

A prompt, reference image, or generated image or video may incidentally depict a face. We treat that material as creative media only and process it to fulfil the generation request and apply safety moderation. We do not extract or store face data as a separate category. Creative media may be transmitted to the generation providers described above and generated video may be rehosted by Suede so the requested result remains available. Clearing the Cinematic gallery or deleting the app removes the on-device copy. It does not necessarily remove provider-held or Suede-hosted copies. To request deletion of a hosted result, email us with the result link or enough information to identify it.

Suede Social

Suede Social is an account-based community app. Accounts, sign-in, and the app's data are handled by Supabase, our authentication and database provider. You can sign in with Google, with an email address and password, or on iOS and the web with Apple. When you use a sign-in provider, we receive the identifying details it returns — typically your name, email address, profile picture, and an account identifier — and store them to run your account. We never receive your password for that provider.

What you post is public. Forum threads, replies, votes, Rig Cards, and your profile handle are published to anyone who can reach the app, including people who are not signed in and search engines. Treat anything you post as public and do not put personal information you would not want read by strangers into a post, a handle, or a Rig Card. Some profile details have per-field controls in Settings that let you limit them to followers or to yourself; the defaults are shown there.

Crypto wallets. Linking a wallet is optional. If you connect one, we store its public address and link it to your account so the app can recognise you and verify a signature you produce. A wallet address is public information on its own chain, but we treat it as personal data because it is linked to your account. We never ask for, receive, or store your seed phrase or private keys, we cannot move funds, and Suede Social does not process payments.

Suede Social does not request your location, camera, microphone, or contacts, and it sends no push notifications. On Android it is a thin shell around the web app at social.suedeai.ai, so everything described here is collected by that web app. All traffic is encrypted in transit.

Deleting your Suede Social account. Go to Settings and choose Delete account, or email info@suedeai.ai and we'll do it for you. Deleting the account removes your sign-in identity and the records tied to it: your profile, any linked wallet address, and the forum threads, replies, and votes you posted, which are deleted with the account rather than reassigned. Because your posts were public, copies may survive outside our systems in places we do not control, such as search-engine caches. Residual copies may also persist in our provider's encrypted backups for a limited period after deletion before ageing out.

Suede Guitar Tuner & Studio

Suede Guitar Tuner & Studio (the native iOS app, version 2.0) needs no account and has no in-app purchases. It asks for the microphone for two jobs: the tuner, which measures pitch, and Suede Sessions, which records the ideas you choose to keep. Microphone audio is processed on your device. The tuner keeps nothing. A session recording is saved in the app's storage until you delete it. The app does not upload microphone audio to our servers or AI providers. If you share a recording, it goes to the app or recipient you select. Recordings may also be included in iCloud or computer backups according to your device settings.

The Ask tab is an AI chat with three in-app personas. When you send a message, the text you typed, the recent turns of that conversation, and a small amount of app state (your tuning, reference pitch, and the tuner's last reading) are sent to our server and forwarded through OpenRouter to a third-party model provider to produce a reply (see "AI processing"). Our chat endpoint does not persist conversations; recent turns are kept on your device, excluded from device backup, and you can clear a conversation from the Ask tab at any time. AI providers may retain submitted content under their own policies (see "AI processing"). The personas are software, not people, and their answers are general information, not professional advice.

Your settings (tuning, reference pitch, haptics) are stored locally and may be included in device backups. The app embeds no analytics or advertising SDKs. The web app at fretpulse.suedeai.ai is a separate surface with its own features; this section describes the iOS app.

Third parties we work with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the apps, and only as needed for those services:

• AI providers (OpenAI, Kie.ai). Generate and moderate the results you ask for.
• Apple. App distribution, Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, and diagnostics.
• Google. Android app distribution, and Sign in with Google for Suede Social. Signing in tells Google you used the app.
• Supabase. Authentication and database hosting for Suede Social — your account and the content you publish there.
• Vercel. Hosts our websites and web apps, processes web requests, and provides the cookieless page analytics and bot detection described above.
• Upstash. Stores short-lived rate-limit keys used to prevent abuse.
• Payment and subscription processors. Handle billing where an app offers purchases.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the apps and for legitimate business or legal purposes. On-device data (such as your Agentix grade history or Suede Studio Cinematic gallery) stays on your device until you delete the app or clear it in-app. Account-based apps provide an in-app account-deletion control for the account and data directly linked to it. Hosted creative media that is not linked to the account requires a separate deletion request. Account and published content in Suede Social are kept until you delete them or delete your account; after deletion, residual copies may persist in our provider's encrypted backups for a limited period before ageing out. Rate-limit keys and bot-detection signals are short-lived, and aggregate analytics sessions are discarded after 24 hours. Purchase, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. For apps with an account, you can delete the account and directly linked data in-app. For hosted creative media or anything else, email info@suedeai.ai and we'll help, subject to verification. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, email info@suedeai.ai and we'll remove it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard the limited data we hold.

Changes

We may update this policy as our apps evolve. We'll revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
