Managed AI agents · AI operations
AI agents that do the repeat work. You watch them run. We run the rest.
An agent from Suede AI is a named worker with a job description, written guardrails and one number it answers to. Suede builds it for your operation, runs it and keeps it tuned, and every run is open to watch in Suede AI Agent Studio.
- Built for your operation
- Guardrails written before anything runs
- One KPI per lane
- Every run visible in Agent Studio
The lanes we run
Five agents for the work a growing company keeps doing by hand
Each agent is fitted to one job and held to its own guardrails and its own number. It is built for your operation rather than configured from a template, and handed over running rather than handed over as software to learn.
Call review
Recorded calls are transcribed, scored against the criteria your floor is coached on, and rolled into a summary a manager can read in a sitting. Across a week it shows which rebuttal keeps failing, which opener keeps working and which rep needs an hour with a coach.
Scored transcripts, weekly pattern report
Lead qualification
Inbound enquiries are read, sorted and routed against your own definition of a fit, with the reasoning attached. A rep can see why a lead landed in their queue, and a manager can refine the definition instead of guessing at it.
Routed leads with stated reasoning
Sales script and rebuttal consistency
One script and one set of rebuttals, checked against what the team actually said. Drift arrives as a dated report a sales manager can coach from. The standard comes from experience: before Suede, Jason Colapietro built, ran, and sold call centers.
Drift report, coachable and dated
PR rebuilds
A press record put back in order and kept there: newsroom, founder story, pitch material, target list and the outreach behind coverage, run as a standing lane.
Press-ready assets and pitches out the door
Digital operations
The recurring digital chores: reporting, listings, records and the handoffs between tools that quietly consume a Friday. Automated where automation holds up, left with a person where it does not.
Fewer hand-built reports each month
The human layer
And human marketers who engage with the work
Not every lane is an agent. Suede AI also runs a network of human marketers who engage with a client's content: reading it, replying to it, and carrying it into the feeds and communities their own audiences already sit in. They are people with accounts and opinions, so what a piece gets back is a real response from someone who read it.
The human layer is briefed the way the agents are: what the content is for, who it should reach, and one number it answers to. Mention it when you write in and it is scoped alongside the lanes you already run.
The client-side experience
Your job is watching
The flow is open
Each agent is a graph of nodes in Suede AI Agent Studio. You open it and see the path a task takes, node by node.
The runs are live
Work executes on screen as it happens. You watch it run without having to adjust or touch anything; Suede runs the rest.
The tuning is ours
Prompts, thresholds, routing rules and exceptions are maintained by Suede between runs. Requests come to us in a sentence, not as a ticket in a tool you have to learn.
The number is shared
One KPI per lane, agreed before the build, reported the same way each week next to the run history it came from.
A client who wants hands on the graph can have them. The point of the arrangement is that hands are optional.
Guardrails
Written before anything runs
Every lane has its boundaries in writing before it runs, and they decide what you see day to day. An action the agent may take alone appears in the run history as done; anything past its limits appears as a flagged task waiting for a person. Escalations, judgement calls and anything that changes a relationship stay with your team.
How those boundaries and each lane's KPI get set (the map, the owner, the number agreed before the build) is the method on the AI operations page. Where an operation needs sorting out before an agent is worth building, the named offer is a forward-deployed engineer. Agencies that want these agents running for their own clients can have Suede build and run them under the agency's brand: white-label agent platforms.
Go-to-market execution
Prepare outreach and keep lead follow-up moving
Turn an agreed go-to-market plan into repeatable work around a launch or an ongoing campaign. Suede scopes outreach workflows for prospect research and message drafts, with the audience, approved facts and review steps defined before the build. Your team receives source context and drafts it can review before sending.
Connect that preparation to lead qualification and CRM handoffs so replies reach the right person with context. Sending permissions, follow-up rules and human approvals are written into the workflow, and reviewed drafts, replies and qualified inquiries are tracked as separate measures. The systems side is AI integration; the recurring process is AI workflow automation.

Who does the work
Founder-led, by an engineer with a public record.
Jason Colapietro scopes every engagement himself. He has 54 pull requests merged across 46 open-source repositories he does not maintain, including Jest, Adobe React Spectrum and Backstage; he wrote The Claude Code Bible and Codex in Production; and he has shipped 9 iOS apps under his own Apple developer account.

Questions about managed ai agents
Do we have to learn the software?
No. Access to the flows comes with the engagement and the runs are open to watch, but the building and the tuning sit with Suede. You watch the agents run in real time without having to adjust or touch anything.
What happens when an agent gets something wrong?
It shows up in the run history, which is why the runs are visible. The guardrails decide what an agent may do unsupervised, so an uncertain call lands as a flagged task for a person rather than a sent email. Fixes are Suede's to make.
Where do the agents run?
In Suede AI Agent Studio, the agent builder Suede builds and operates at agents.suedeai.ai, where a flow is assembled as nodes and can be watched executing.
Can we start with one lane?
Yes, and most engagements do. One lane, mapped, guarded and measured, is the clearest test of fit. Lanes are added once the first one holds its number.
Can my agency offer these agents to its clients?
Yes. Suede builds and runs an agent platform under your agency's brand for your clients, scoped per engagement. See suedeai.ai/white-label.

Thirty minutes with Jason is enough to name the lane worth building first and the number it should answer to, and you leave with a written scope.
