Frequently asked
- I can't sign in with Apple — what should I do?
- Make sure your device is signed into iCloud (Settings → Apple ID). Sign in with Apple requires an active Apple ID. If the issue persists, email support@suedeai.ai with your device model and iOS version and we'll respond within one business day.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open the Suede Labs AI app, tap the account menu, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and all associated personal data. If you cannot access the app, email support@suedeai.ai from the address tied to your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
- I was charged but didn't receive credits.
- In-app purchases are billed and refunded by Apple. To dispute a charge, open the Apple receipt email and tap Report a Problem, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If credits still don't arrive after the purchase shows as completed, email support@suedeai.ai with the Apple transaction ID and we'll reconcile your balance.
- How is my data handled?
- We collect the minimum data needed to run your account. For details on what we store, how long we keep it, and your rights, email support@suedeai.ai and we'll share our current privacy practices.
- I'm reporting a bug or have a feature request.
- We read every message. Email support@suedeai.ai with reproduction steps (or the feature you'd like to see) and we'll get back to you.
